Percussionist and educator, Brennan Connolly holds a Master of Music degree in Performance from Oklahoma City University as well as a Bachelor of Music degree in Performance from the University of Western Ontario.
As an orchestral musician, Brennan performs regularly with the Kitchener-Waterloo Symphony Orchestra and Jeans ’n’ Classics Rock Symphony. He has also appeared with the Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra, Windsor Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra London Canada and the Oklahoma City Philharmonic.
Brennan is also an active theatre musician having appeared both onstage and as a pit musician at the Stratford Shakespeare Festival. He has also played a number of other community theatre shows with Drayton Entertainment.
An active educator, Brennan is a sessional instructor at Wilfrid Laurier University where he directs the Percussion Ensemble and teaches Percussion Methods. He is also on faculty at the Inter-Provincial Music Camp, Southampton Summer Music and is in demand as a clinician in Southwestern Ontario. He maintains a private studio in Kitchener-Waterloo.
